The Moët Hennessy ‘Happy Hour’

Overview

The Moët Hennessy ‘Happy Hour’ is a wine bar takeover series across Copenhagen, integrating the House’s wine and Champagne portfolio into the city’s most design-led and culturally relevant hospitality venues. Through guided tastings and curated food pairings, the concept positions luxury wines as a natural part of contemporary dining culture in Denmark.

Each takeover features complimentary tasting pours, paired with a limited-edition menu which is developed in collaboration with the host venue. These pairings are designed to highlight flavour, structure and versatility, bringing together local Danish ingredients with wines from some of the world’s most prestigious terroirs.

Event Mechanics

The activation runs as a rotating summer takeover series throughout July, hosted during early evening service from 4pm-6pm across the selected Copenhagen wine bars. Each venue participates for a one-week period, allowing the activation to move across neighbourhoods, while maintaining a consistent structure and premium brand presence.

Each menu is co-developed by each venue’s chef in collaboration with the Moët Hennessy team, with dishes created specifically to pair with the featured wines. Moët Hennessy Maison Brand Ambassadors are embedded into service across the week, delivering guided tasting moments and concise education around terroir, craftsmanship, sustainability and pairing, ensuring the experience feels integrated and natural within the flow of service.
